The Yirgacheffe district of Ethiopia is known for producing fantastic coffees. This fully washed coffee is cultivated by the indigenous farmers of the Gedeo Zone who share the Kebel Konga mill. Cherries produced at extremely high altitudes are brought down from the mountains to be carefully dried in a labor intensive, 2-week process. Once dried the beans are then shipped to Addis Ababa and bagged for export throughout the world. Join us with your mug and jump on the Konga line!
