1. I am giving a gift, how do I ensure that the price will not be included with the package?
Please let us know by emailing us at email@example.com and we will be happy to exclude the receipt from the package & even include a note to its recipient!
2. How long does shipping take?
Orders will go out on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We ship USPS flat rate which takes 7-10 business days.
3. My order arrived broken, what should I do now?
We will handle each incident on a case-by-case basis. Please be sure to document the condition of the package when you receive it and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
4. The item I ordered looks different than the one on the website, why?
Each and every item on this website is uniquely made by hand, therefore it may vary slightly in size or color.
5. You only have 1 of the item I want in stock, how can I get more?
